The short version
We collect the minimum needed to sell you a license and support you. Your customers’ estimate data never touches our servers — it stays in your own WordPress database. We don’t sell data, ever.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email, and a hashed password when you register.
- Order details — plan, price, and invoices. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
- License activations — the domain your key is activated on, plugin version, and WordPress/PHP versions, sent during the 30-day license check.
- Support messages — whatever you send us through the contact form or email.
- Basic analytics — anonymized page views and the events listed in our cookie banner (e.g. plan clicks). No cross-site tracking.
What we deliberately don’t collect
The estimates you and your customers create — names, emails, line items, prices — are stored only in your own WordPress database. The plugin does not send them to us. AI Assistant requests are processed transiently and are not stored or used for training.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and, with your consent, lightweight analytics cookies. You can decline analytics in the consent banner and the site works exactly the same.
Emails
We email you receipts, license keys, renewal reminders, and replies to your support requests. That’s it — no newsletters unless you explicitly opt in.
Retention & your rights
We keep account and order data while your account exists, plus what tax law requires for invoices. You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time — email us or use the support form, and we’ll act within 30 days. EU/UK users have the full set of GDPR rights, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
Third parties
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: our payment provider (billing), email delivery, and hosting. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We never sell or rent personal data.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes materially, we’ll note it here and email account holders. Questions? Contact us.
