These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the AN Estimation Tool WordPress plugin and related services provided by AN Estimation Tool (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at an-estimation-too.jeegesh.com. By purchasing a license or using the plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Plugin & License

1.1 What You Get

AN Estimation Tool is a WordPress plugin that lets you build, save, and send professional estimates from your WordPress site. It is available in a free tier and several paid plans (Standard, Premium, Large Business), each unlocking additional features as described on our pricing page.

1.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your plan (typically one domain per license). The license is valid for the subscription period you purchased.

1.3 License Key

Your license key is domain-specific. You must not share, resell, or transfer your license key to third parties. We reserve the right to deactivate keys that are found to be used in violation of these Terms.

1.4 Free Plan

The free version of the plugin may be used on any number of sites with no license key required. Free plan features are provided as-is with no warranty of continued availability.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

2.1 Subscription Plans

Paid plans are billed on the cycle you choose at checkout (monthly or annual). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.

2.4 Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the charge. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your license will be downgraded to the free plan and paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved.

The plugin is released under the GNU GPL v2 or later license, as required by WordPress. You may modify and redistribute the plugin code under the terms of that license. The commercial license key and access to our license validation server are separate from the code license.

4. Third-Party Services

The plugin optionally integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and WooCommerce. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

When you enable AI features, estimation context (prompts, item descriptions) is sent directly from your WordPress server to the AI provider you configure. We do not have access to this data.

5. Updates & Support

5.1 Plugin Updates

Active paid license holders receive plugin updates for the duration of their subscription. Updates include bug fixes, security patches, and new features. We recommend keeping the plugin up to date.

5.2 Support

Paid license holders are entitled to support via email at info@jeegesh.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support is provided in English. Free plan users may seek community support but are not entitled to priority email support.

5.3 Compatibility

We test the plugin against current and recent versions of WordPress and PHP as stated in our readme. We do not guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment.

6. Data & Privacy

All estimation data created using the plugin is stored in your own WordPress database and remains your property. We do not access or store your customers’ estimation data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect in relation to your account and license.

7. Intellectual Property

The AN Estimation Tool name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. The plugin code is licensed under GPL v2. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to identify the plugin you have licensed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
